These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the bookings you make through it for our retro console gaming club. By using the site or reserving a slot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
This site provides information about the club and lets you request a booking for hourly play, a day pass, or a group session, and sign up for our nights calendar. A booking is a request to reserve a station and is confirmed subject to availability.
Bookings and slots
- Slots run by the hour. Please provide accurate details when you book so we can hold the right station and era zone.
- Arrive on time. If you are late, your slot may be shortened so the next player can start as scheduled.
- Extensions depend on availability at the desk and are not guaranteed.
- We may adjust, reschedule, or cancel a booking where necessary, for example due to equipment issues or capacity.
Pricing
Rates shown on the site are for reference and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of your visit. All play is charged as described for the option you choose.
Conduct in the venue
- Handle consoles, controllers, cartridges, discs, and arcade machines with care, following the library and station guidance.
- Be respectful of other players and staff. We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively to leave.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause to equipment through misuse.
Equipment and content
The games, consoles, and cabinets are provided as they are. Vintage hardware can be unpredictable, and a specific title or machine may occasionally be unavailable. We aim to offer an equivalent alternative where we can.
Entertainment only
The club and its game nights are provided purely for entertainment. Scores, trophy-shelf spots, and similar rewards carry no monetary value and involve no wager, stake, or prize of money. Entertainment only — not a gambling venue.
Intellectual property
The REWND name, the content of this site, and its design are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission. Game titles and related marks remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to only to describe what we offer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site or the venue. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
